Please see attached some information on forthcoming employment legislation changes for April 2024,
Changes to the right to request flexible working,
A new right to time off for carers
Extended redundancy protection during pregnancy and maternity leave

There are more legal changes for later in the year and I will update you on these as the legislation is finalised and published. There have also been some changes about paying holiday pay to people on zero hours or flexible contracts. If you employ people on this basis please let me know and we can work through.
