With 27 years in HR and 11 years as an independent consultant, I specialise in providing expert HR support to SMEs and larger organisations needing additional resources – particularly for complex projects like TUPE transfers and employee relations.

I've worked across diverse sectors, from small businesses with just one employee to major organisations including Channel 4, Costa Coffee, the Houses of Parliament, National Gallery and the Foreign Office. I'm CIPD Level 7 qualified and serve as a panel member at employment tribunals.
